Ovolo Hotels had been using legacy PMS for several years and identified the need to implement a new, scalable, centralised solution to drive strategic growth and revenue across the estate as they expand the Ovolo brand into the Australian market. Following a detailed evaluation by senior stakeholders and an initial installation at the iconic Ovolo Southside, Xn Hotel Systems was selected to implement protel Multi-Property Edition (MPE) in a total of eight properties across Hong Kong and Australia.
