Bond Hotel kick-starts its new strategy with the implementation of Xn protel’s hotel management system

Xn protel Systems has been chosen to implement protel PMS to coincide with the reopening, following refurbishment of the Bond Hotel in April 2017


London, UK – global hospitality management software company Xn protel Systems today announced that it has been chosen by Bond Hotel for its protel SPE hotel management system. Go-live will coincide with the hotel’s refurbishment and support its strategy to add a new dimension to its guest experience and web booking.


Bond Hotel, located just off the Blackpool coast in the UK, is a 62 bedroom, family-run accessible hotel that caters for guests with learning, mental and physical disabilities. It is the UK’s largest, award-winning, accessible hotel. The hotel prides itself on comfort and flexibility and provides all of the specialist equipment, care support and door to door travel required for a care-free holiday or respite break.

protel SPE, designed specifically for independent hotel property management, provides complete operational control to ensure efficient staff, increased profitability and support the growing needs of the business. The system will help Bond Hotel manage tricky group bookings and make sure they don’t miss key guest requirements. It will provide them with the ability to quickly personalize communications throughout the reservation process to make sure they address guest’s very specific needs. protel SPE will allow the Bond team to facilitate individual prerequisites for each room within a group booking and easily see all requirements while managing the booking. Bond Hotel has chosen the on-property installation option.
