Greg Spicer, Chief Executive 
As co-founder of the business, Greg holds principal responsibility for Xn protel Systems Group Limited. Initiating the business in 2001, he has formulated and delivered the strategy across many geographies, leading major milestones of the Company’s global expansion, including product strategy, regional sales office establishment, key client generation and commercial growth.
Greg started his hotel and hospitality technology career as Systems Manager for Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation in 1986. Since then he has spent 30+ years in the industry. His roles within the group have included VP Sales Asia, Strategic Marketing Director, Managing Director - Hotel Division at Xn Checkout (UK) Limited (1998-2006). Previously he held senior sales and management positions with Micros Fidelio Australia (1987-1998). Greg has an MBA from Macquarie University and an Associate Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management.

Mark Pearman, President and Chief Financial Officer 
Mark is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the business and also oversees the finance function in his role as CFO. He led the Company’s management buy-out that formed the Xn group in 2006.
Mark qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co (now part of Deloitte). Following a number of years in investment banking with Samuel Montagu & co (now part of HSBC Investment Bank) he held various senior management positions in both public and private companies, including as the Chief Executive of a FTSE 250 company. Mark has over twenty years of experience working in the software and services industry.

Douglas Rice, Non-Executive Director 
Douglas Rice is an industry leader in the global hospitality technology industry, and now advises hotels, technology providers, and investors on strategic technology planning, market development, funding, and mergers and acquisitions.
He is best known for his role as a founder of the global non-profit industry association Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG), Douglas served as its first chief executive, growing HTNG over his 11-year tenure from a start-up all-volunteer effort to a global industry association with thousands of members, a multimillion dollar annual budget, and nearly a dozen full-time staff. Douglas was inducted into the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP) Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame in 2012 and is the only recipient of the Lifetime “Most Valued” Award from the China Hospitality Technology Alliance.

Ingo Dignas, Non-Executive Director 
After having studied computer science at the University of Dortmund, Ingo Dignas co-founded protel together with Manfred Osthues and Jörg Hermann. As Managing Partner of protel he has over 20 years of experience in hotel information technology. Ingo’s passion is to revolutionize hotel IT by using mobile devices and cloud computing technologies.
Senior Executive team

Ken Fisher, Chief Technology Officer 
Ken heads up research and development and is responsible for the xmsEnterprise electronic reservations business unit.
Ken has been associated with the business since he joined as a systems architect and strategic consultant in 1999. He formerly held senior management positions with US-based Micros Systems Inc (1975-1996), including Senior Vice President, R&D and Senior Vice President, Quick Service division. Ken’s technical experience extends from design and development of point of sale system software, to the architecture, design, development, implementation and operations of Xn’s hotel reservation transaction and e-commerce systems.

Craig Chait, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Asia/Pacific
and Managing Director Australia/New Zealand 
Craig is Managing Director for Xn protel's Australia and New Zealand operations as well as his international role as Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing for Asia/Pacific. He founded iHost Hospitality in 2001, providing spa & leisure management and digital marketing services to hotels across Asia/Pacific. In 2013 iHost Hospitality was merged with Xn protel Systems.
Craig has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience, in the areas of finance, information technology and audit consultancy. He previously worked with Accor Hotels & Resorts and Mirvac Hotel Group in finance and corporate management. Craig also worked for Oracle Hospitality (then Micros Fidelio), where his roles included global pre-sales, operational consulting, and business best practice for hotels, resorts, food & beverage businesses and other and travel organizations.

Emmanuel Clavé, Vice President Gulf Countries & India
Group Product Director Point of Sale and Mobile Apps 
Emmanuel leads a new, strategic product division focusing on the development and delivery of integrated Mobile Guest applications, which are complementary to our core PMS, CRS, POS and leisure systems. Emmanuel is also responsible for the Group’s activities in the Gulf Coast and India region.
Emmanuel joined Xn protel Systems from Rocco Forte Hotels where he held the position of Group Information Technology Director for twelve years. Prior to joining Rocco Forte Hotels he worked for various hospitality and hotel organizations, including Hilton Hotels and Thistle Hotels. He has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Emmanuel is a former Board Member of the Hotel Technology Next Generation (“HTNG”) industry association. He continues to work actively with HTNG representing Xn protel Systems.

Mike Hall, Vice President of Operations 
Mike has overall responsibility for Xn protel’s global technical infrastructure, which includes the Xn protel private cloud that provides hosting and IT infrastructure services to our clients. He also leads the compliance and security divisions to ensure Xn protel maintains the highest standards of physical security and legal compliance, supported by appropriate policies and procedures.
Mike joined XPS in 2012 with a remit to set up a dedicated private cloud and was promoted to Vice President of Infrastructure, Compliance & Security in 2017. Before joining XPS, Mike was COO of a cloud computing and hosted telecoms ISP. He worked for over sixteen years at director level in various industries and specializes in mission-critical IT projects. He has extensive experience in the deployment of ERP systems for the automotive, manufacturing and logistics sectors, as well as high volume e-commerce event ticket sales systems.
David Lewis, VP Sales - Europe & USA 
David is responsible for sales activity and the management of key client accounts in the UK, Europe and USA. He has worked in the Xn protel division since its inception in 2001, undertaking a range of POS, PMS and CRS / e–Distribution projects.
Prior to joining Xn, David held the positions of senior project manager, based in Dallas, with Tricon Restaurants International, and as IT Manager for the head office of Hilton International in the UK. Having gained a BSc (Hons) in Food and Catering Management and an MSc in Software Engineering, David’s career encompasses a range of hospitality IT projects and installations
