protel Multi-Property Edition (MPE) is a true, single database, centralised Property Management System for groups and chains from 2 properties upward. All hotels access the same guest information from a central database in real time. Data and functions are available across all properties, thereby providing for meaningful data and lean business processes.

Central Reservations


Each hotel can access not only its own centrally stored data, but also data from other hotels, where user permissions allow. Rates, availability, reservations and all other data are posted in real time and immediately visible across all properties. Front Office, Conference & Banqueting and Sales & Marketing are accessible both centrally and from each hotel in the network.




Real time, two-way connectivity to GDS, OTAs and your own web site is made possible by tight integration with all of the leading distribution systems, including Xn globalRES. This native app for the Apple iPhone or iPod touch connects housekeeping staff, maintenance teams and front desk managers, allowing them to share live information on housekeeping and maintenance issues.


Housekeepers can update room status on the spot or post a guest’s consumption while replenishing the minibar. They also can send a maintenance request to the appropriate team, including photos taken on the device, if required.
