Project Management


Project Management is undoubtedly one of the most crucial factors contributing to a successful implementation. Our Project Managers come from a hospitality background and have extensive experience installing and supporting our systems. Either Prince2 accredited or working towards the qualification, Xn protel Project Managers are typically responsible for the following tasks:


  • Review and define business objectives with the Customer
  • Identify and communicate system standards and best practices
  • Create project plan and ensure buy-in from all parties
  • Liaise with Customer nominated project lead
  • Manage project schedule, milestones and deliverables
  • Engage third parties, as required (e.g. interfaces)
  • Manage risk and implement scope changes as needed
  • Manage the Xn protel project team and ensure all activities are completed in accordance with Xn protel standards
  • Control project activities in relation to budget
  • Provide reports/status updates to the Customer, as agreed
  • Conduct formal project closeout
  • Hand over to Xn protel Support team and Account Management
